If We Define Ourselves is inspired by the Audre Lorde quote: "If I didn't define myself for myself, I would be crunched into other people's fantasies for me and eaten alive." In this healing/sharing session, participants will share stories inspired by given prompts and get an introduction into storytelling as a healing mechanism.
